Town of Poughkeepsie Girls Little League Softball Refund Policy
Refunds (less a $25.00 administrative fee) are available upon request, if request is received prior to Evaluations date. (2017 Evaluation Date: 3/11/17)
Partial Refunds (50%) are available upon request, if request is received from Evaluation date to April 1st.
No Refunds are available after April 1st unless approved by the board as result of extenuating circumstances such as player sustaining an injury that prevents them planning for the season.
Refunds are on the cost of registration only. Refunds will be issued by check.
To submit a refund request, please send email to [email protected] with the following information:
Include “Refund Request” in the subject line
Please include the following in the message body:
· The player’s name
· Parent’s name
· Address for refund check to be mailed to.
· Division the player was registered in (i.e.: 7/8 Instructional)
· Reason for the refund
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 weeks of approval.
